The Tetra pillow is a perfect tetrahedron cut from a single piece of fabric. The clever seaming and exacting geometry fully showcases the beauty of the fabric being used. This series utilizes offcuts and scraps from previous projects in an effort to make use of all potential waste yardage. Features an invisible zipper closure to hold in filling.
This Tetra pillow was made from an antique coverlet scrap woven in brown and green wool yarns overshot on a cream cotton base. The pattern is reminiscent of Anni Albers and Bauhaus textiles.
Coverlet fabric has minor fading due to age but in great condition.
